Refund and Returns Policy – PN Fragrance

We want you to love your purchase from PN Fragrance. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Gift cards

We also do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless they are damaged or defective.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item that is returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – there is often a delay in processing.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at pnfragrance@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, send us an email at pnfragrance@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your item, please mail it to: Canada, 1088 bloor street west, Toronto Ontario.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
